  Women Leadership Development:

Description:

Women continue to be underrepresented at senior management levels. The transformation of an organization requires the transformation of its leaders.

How we do it:

• By providing opportunities for women to improve and develop their leadership skills through leadership development training to enable them to become more effective in their various roles.
• By supporting women to master the four zones of influence which enables them to reach their full potential.

Mentoring Adolescent Girls

Description:

Adolescence  is a  critical period , when girls future potential  and opportunities  can flourish  through education , economic opportunity  and psychosocial support , or that potential can be stunted  and stifled  by the irreversible effects of  child marriage , early pregnancy , HIV and other preventable  hardships.

We help them to  grow into a mountain , and not shrink into a grain of sand . To support them  apply their  efforts  to become  the highest mountain of all and strain their  potential until the mountain cries  for mercy”’

How we do it:

• We provide leadership training and mentorship to young girls to support them develop self-leadership as a life skill; to know their life purpose and to get to know and understand themselves better; to learn and discover themselves and build a personal brand.

Women Economic Empowerment& Capacity Building

Description:

Women have the potential to change  their  own economic  status , as well as that of their communities  and countries in which they live. Unequal opportunities and power relations  between men & women  continue  to hamper women’s  ability  to lift themselves from poverty and gain more options to improve their lives.

Gender and Social Inclusion

Description:

Gender aware planning and program design involves paying attention both to content and process. Organizations need to be conscious of “what they do” and “how they plan to do it “when designing country level strategies.
